'12min Triceps, Chest & Ice Skater workout.  Amy\'s workout (Non Weighted)  1⃣ Tricep up/downs Right hand 10 reps then Left hand 10 reps.   2⃣ Push ups (from knees) 10 reps   3⃣ Plyo Ice Skaters 20 reps    For 12min continuously  Coach J\'s workout  1⃣ Single Triceps extension right hand 10 reps then left hand 10 reps.  2⃣ Dumbbell Chest Press 10 reps   3⃣ Plyo Ice Skaters 20 reps   Also 12min continuously     For more info follow on Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Google Plus all @coachjfitness'
