I put the clip on my steel toes and don\'t remove it during the week. Tracks well. Even inactivity or slow periods are tracked. Love the nerdy watch lights! Like a watch I saw on thinkgeek once. And tracking sleep! Wow! I never thought I\'d like that. Always hated the thought of my privacy being so invaded but it\'s really cool to see my sleep patterns so I can try to improve my sleep. The material of the clip seems very flimsy but it hasn\'t broken yet. We\'ll see how it all turns out and I\'ll update this occasionally. Update: I wear it all the time except in wet conditions (shower, bath, swimming, etc.) and now the battery is just hanging in there. I just bought a strip of them, though, at a low enough cost, I\'d be willing to change batteries every few weeks! Still love this.
