'This week we chat with Osian Merfyn and Sheree Phelps  Osian is a qualified physio who has worked at the commonwealth games (2014 & 2018) and international athletes from Hockey Wales, Celtic Crusaders and Welsh Rugby League. He is the director of Recovery and Beyond in Cardiff  www.recoveryandbeyond.co.uk    Sheree competed for 13years in Olympic Rifle shooting, at the 2008, 2010 & 2014 Common wealth games. Winning medals at Europeans, British championships and world wide grand prix\'s. She now owns and runs Podium Therapies in Cardiff where she specialises in all types of massage and has also worked at the Commonwealth games, with WRU 6 Nations, Cardiff Ice Hockey team and FAW welsh football www.podiumtherapies.co.uk'
