'I freaking love BBG workouts. Kayla Itsines lifts up the #bbgcommunity daily and the Sweat app is a game changer for anyone looking for a fitness routine that is doable! The workouts take less than 30 minutes and they help you work up a really good sweat! BBG (bikini body guide) rotates between resistance workouts (like this week 6 legs that I did today!) and LISS (cardio).  This BBG workout program, along with my bright line eating food plan, have brought my body to wear it is today! I\'ve lost 70 lbs from my highest and I\'m not done yet!
