'FRF- Firefighter Return to Duty Fitness Test'

'A recent shoulder injury sidelined me from duty.  Working with a great team of physical therapists that understood the demands of the job helped me return to duty stronger than ever.  Here is a demonstration of the return to duty testing circuit the therapist created.  After completion, I felt very confident in my return to duty.
