'Home exercise and diet (HEAD) project - day 3  To give a headstart to your health during and after #lockdown  Day 3 -  Exercise - Lunges at different levels of challenge (standing, walking, jumping)  Diet - Avoid long gaps between meals. Between breakfast and lunch have a homemade sherbet (bel, kokum, nimbu, etc). Between lunch and dinner have a homemade nashta or a fresh fruit.  Follow these tips in addition to day 1 and day 2 tips.  Next tip tomorrow at 11:30 am  #healthathome #HEADproject'
