'This short 25-minute workout class for moms emphasizes areas needed to slowly strengthen after a baby arrives. Focusing on the pelvic floor, glutes, transversus abdominis, and obliques, this workout is Diastasis Recti and Pubic Symphysis Dysfunction safe. Prenatal moms can take part as well, however, lying on your back may not be recommended for you, so using an inclined surface will help. Ensure that you are 6 weeks post-partum to take part, with verbal clearance from your doctor or midwife to return to exercise.
