'The advanced kettlebell workout is ideal for people who have master the intermediate and beginner kettlebell moves. These can be done at home with a kettlebell or substitute a dumbbell. They can also be done at the gym of course.   I would recommend doing each movement for 30 seconds and completing 3-5 rounds for maximum fat burn and strength gains. It should take about 15 minutes to complete this workout without warmup and cool down included.
