'Over 50 & Fit Fitness Journey - Back Workout'

'Weight training is the key to losing weight, fat and toning up. Here, I continue my journey featuring in this video my BACK workout.   I\'d like to HIGHLIGHT the BACK EXTENSION exercise I did in this workout. I\'ve never paid much attention to working my LOWER BACK, but I find it must be included in your workout because having a strong lower back is very important. I only did one exercise for my lower back in this workout, but I am going to do in  future workouts I include more exercises for the LOWER BACK. Having a strong lower back supports your core, hips, butt and legs, improve your posture, plus support your upper body as well.  COMPLETED WORKOUT Inchworm Push-ups 3 sets x 10 reps Lat Pulldowns 3 sets x 10 reps Lat Pressdowns 3 sets x 10 reps T-bar back rows 3 sets x 10 reps Bicep Curls 3 sets x 10 reps Back extensions 3 sets x 10 reps  Please LIKE, SHARE & SUBSCRIBE and post COMMENTS & QUESTIONS below.
