'As a company they are not responsible for their customer service at the same level throughout all of their locations. Some of their clubs are kept in poor condition but the ones that are clean hide many loops and quirks you have to go through, I am still waiting for them to refund me $10 and it will never happen... I am sure you won\'t need them either but you will be the judge of that...
