During the 4 weeks of the challenge, your goal will be to follow the daily and weekly tasks that are really another way of building consistent habits in the areas we believe to be most foundational to sustainable consistency!   DAILY TASKS -- these tasks focus on nutrition habits like protein, fruit, veggies, & water intake, sleep routine  WEEKLY TASKS -- these tasks focus on fitness & lifestyle habits: SP workouts, Maintenance, skipping alcohol, increasing mindfulness, fun    You will keep track of your tasks/points in the DAILY CHECKLIST that we will provide. Each task has a certain number of points attached to it.   Within each task, you will see the minimum number of points required to log during the entire challenge in order to earn access to the CYF shop. We are going to reward you for building those consistent habits!   At the end of each week you will submit your compliance with the tasks (Monday-Sunday) on a form questionnaire that will collect your total points for that week.  Each week you will receive a new form to enter your points for the week to answer for the PREVIOUS week (Mon - Sun).
