'Rugby Player Reacts to THE BEEP TEST! (PACER TEST)'

'Sup everyone and welcome back to another \"Rugby Player Reacts\" reaction video!  In this video I take a look at what\'s called \"The Beep Test\" aka \"The Pacer Test\" for the very first time on this channel!  The Beep Test is a cardiovascular fitness test using a 20 metre distance and doing shuttle runs between that distance, over, and over, and over again.  The person must start on a line, run 20 metres up, meet the line, wait for a beep, then begin runnung back towwrds the original line.  As the time goes by, the time between beeps shortens and the pace of running increases until you cannot continue and drop out. At the level in which you had last completed, you take your score.  In this video I take a look at various other examples of people performing the test and determine what sort of standard I should be aiming to beat if I consider myself fit.  Following this I take myself down to the local field and give it a go myself!
