'Hi, welcome to Part 2 of my series of express videos for #nationalfitnessday  This time we are using light hand weights  to work mainly the arms and shoulders. Im using 1.5kg, but you can use whatever is best for you. Please see my other 2 workouts, Part 1 is Rebounding on a mini trampoline and Part 2 is a Pilates inspired ab and back workout with a short stretch at the end.
