'Visit us at, http://www.50plusplusfit.com Workout Instructions Below:   Squats For 50 Plus Fitness & Seniors:   http://www.50plusplusfit.com/content/squats  Begin with feet about hip-width apart. Contract your abdominals and glutes. Then, slowly push your weight back as though you\'re about to sit in a chair, keeping your knees over your ankles. Do not allow your knees to move forward over your toes. Press your weight back to a comfortable level - thighs do not have to be parallel to the floor. Pause momentarily, then return to the starting position by pressing up through the heels.   Remember to exhale on the exertion side of the movement.
