But Davina McCall kept her mind off her heartache as she indulged in a fitness session with a friend on Friday, showcasing her incredible abs in a skimpy crop top.  It seems the 50-year-old presenter may have over-exerted herself however as she  injured her middle finger - joking that it now looks like she\'s \'constantly being rude\' to people.  .'
