Now, you\'ll notice this is a lot less challenging than a regular plane simply because of the shifting weight and not carrying as much of this angle. So I can hold for longer and when I\'m ready, progressing to a regular plane. Now, let\'s take it a step further. I\'m going to show you guys how to reform the side plank in the side. Is going to work the internal external obliques muscles that really do not get worked with just a regular plank shot through the side. Right. We\'re going to get our sides elbow tucked into the armpit, shoulder over the elbow. Straight 90 degree angle. Really stacked the feet well on top of the other. I we keep my chest up my core tight, glutes tight as I elevate the hips.  I extend my or so completely straight from head to toe. And I\'m still a hole right here. That\'s. Now, as over the modification for the same time that I brought back. Say, modification I use for the regular plant is it\'s a great tool for you guys. We\'re just starting out to build up some solid core strength. OK. So can I have one arm on the bench in a straight line? My shoulder over my elbow. I\'m going to stop the feet.
