'The way I am tracking our fitness improvement is not on this drill but on one of the anaerobic days.   As far as fitness goes we’re going 3x a week.  Monday: Anaerobic (tracking this one weekly) Wednesday:Orange/Yellow Friday: Anaerobic  For the drill in the video (orange/yellow zone) the goal is power endurance. This is not to improve his speed.  2min on/2min off 3-6 reps (progress weekly)  Context is key for individualization of each athlete.
