SOOOOOO...  Before trying this video make sure to: 1.  Stretch 2.  Have water handy 3.  GO AT YOUR OWN PACE!!  (The only reason I did it this fast was to fit in a full circuit workout as fast as possible). 4.  Go through the motions first and make sure you are doing it right before you focus on x of reps or you may hurt yourself or rob yourself of a proper workout. 5.  Have fun and be patient with yourself.  Thanks again for all the love.  Remember, you can do it, and I\'m here for you!     -Trainer David  Circuit Breakdown --------------------------  Side Hops x15 seconds switch to Alt Lunges x15 seconds  Side Plank Reach Under x 10 each side  Jump Squats x 15 seconds then Hold x 15 seconds  Wide Stance Planks with Alternating Leg Lifts x 10 seconds each  Mountain Climbers x 15 seconds Hold each leg x 5 seconds 2x each  Swimmers x 30 seconds  Opposite knee to elbow hold x 5 seconds 2x each the rep out x 20  1:30 rest then Repeat  Record  Sets Completed BEAT IT NEXT TIME!!!!'
