'Level TWO | ALL standing, NO jumping, NO equipment  This LOW IMPACT cardio HIIT workout is all about getting a high heart rate with NO JUMPING with 12 great BODYWEIGHT-only exercises performed in short intervals and stacked into pairs.  This is heart-pounding CARDIO without all the pounding plus STANDING AB STRENGTH (aka, balance exercises!), designed to burn fat and build muscle with no equipment needed.    MAIN WORKOUT (timer is set for 20 seconds; complete each pair before resting; repeat twice before moving on to the next pair): Overhead to High Knees + Crane Kicks Goofy Jacks + Star Balance Alley Oops + Side Kicks Reverse Lunge and Kick + Drinky Bird Hold (left side) Reverse Lunge and Kick + Drinky Bird Hold (right side) Rainbow Jacks + Standing Crunches  FINISHER: 20 seconds of Toy Soldiers  Thanks for working out with me!
