Monk Walks are akin to a walking lunge, but with an extra zing! !.The difference between a Monk Walk and a walking lunge is spinal extension. In the Monk Walk, the spine maintains its natural curves without bending back into extension or forward into flexion. Neurodynamic cues allow for communication between different parts of the nervous system and its relationship to the musculoskeletal system. Jill demonstrates this by adding oppositional activation between the front and back legs. Give it a try!'
