'A two minute video showing the protocol for the Fire and Rescue Fitness Assessment. The speed is set at 6.2 km/hr throughout the entire test, with the incline adjusted at increments of 3° every 2 minutes. The test duration is 12 minutes. This is the third stage of recruitment, after an initial conversation at the station and two online assessments (situational judgement and behavioural styles questionnaire). This fitness assessment is intended to gauge whether you are fit enough to undertake the practical assessments for the role of Firefighter.'
